Networks Make the Dream Work: The Podcast
A podcast series is created within this Erasmus+ project, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of informal support networks for children and young people with disabilities, their parents, and the professionals surrounding them. In the podcast episodes, good examples and practices are shared with the participation of service users, families, and professionals from 5 European countries, focusing on creative thinking and action.
The goal is to encourage European organizations working with children and young people with disabilities and their environments to recognize the importance of collaborative networking.
